Obituary of Barbara Anne YALAKSA

YALAKSA – Barbara Anne: It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother Barbara Yalaksa (nee: Hall) on Monday, November 19, 2018 at the age of 72. Daughter of the Late Clint and Margaret Hall. Much beloved wife of the Late Frank Yalaksa Sr. (December 2017). Much loved mom and mother-in-law of Frank (Liz) of Simcoe, Chris of Simcoe and Shelly (Al Ongena) of Aylmer. Cherished Nana of Brittany, Michael, Erica, Robert and Gabriella. Barb was a Simcoe rural route mail carrier for 34 years and worked right up until she got sick. She fought a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer. Also surviving is her sister Ida Haskett of Simcoe, brother Bruce Hall (Pauline) of Dundas and sister-in-law Helen Barham of Simcoe. She is predeceased by a brother Ron Hall and a sister Ruth Job. The family would like to give a special thanks to her sister Ida for all of her love and support that she gave Barb in her final weeks. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place.
