Obituary of Meta Marie Smithson

SMITHSON - Meta Marie.  Passed away peacefully at Cedarwood Village in Simcoe on Wednesday December 5th,2018 in her 91st year. Wife of the late John Smithson. Loving mother to Wayne of Wyecombe, Penny Vandendriessche (Roger) of Norwich and Sherri Moncrieffe (Glen) of Hagersville. Marie will be lovingly remembered by 11 Grand Children, numerous Great Grand Children as well as daughter-in-laws Sandy and Sherry.  Predeceased by sons Dennis, George, Paul and James. Cremation has taken place. SOUTH COAST FUNERAL & CREMATION ALTERNATIVES,  71 Norfolk St. N. Simcoe in care of arrangements. A celebration of Marie's life will take place Saturday December 22,2018 from 1pm till 4pm at the Port Dover Legion.  Private family graveside service to take place at a later date.
