Obituary of Donna Gertrude Montgomery

MONTGOMERY: DONNA, GERTRUDE- Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 13 at West Haldimand General Hospital in her 78th year. Daughter of late Frank and Dorothy Ellis. Wife of late Blake Montgomery. Mother of Janet Doan (Robert). Grandmother of Mike, Alicia, Charles, and Miranda Burnett, and great-grandmother of five. Sister to Delilia, Howard (Joanne), Frank (Diane), Doreen, Dora, Dawn Hayman (Bill). Predeceased by sister Dorothy Ellis. Special friend Sharon Campbell.  Donna loved being up north with Blake and always enjoyed crocheting blankets for her grandchildren and friends. She will be missed. A thank you to the doctors and nurses who cared for her.   Donna’s memorial will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 65 Jane St., Hagersville.  SOUTH COAST FUNERAL & CREMATION ALTERNATIVES, 71 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe, in care of arrangements.
