Obituary of Donald Joel Descheemaeker
DESCHEEMAEKER – Donald Joel: Passed away peacefully at his home while surrounded by his family on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 of Simcoe in his 59th year. Much beloved husband for over 35 years of Darlene (nee: Nold). Loving father of Shantel Bosgoed (Ryan) and Erika Williams (Garrett). Cherished grandfather of Mason, Cohen, Jacob and Nolan. Son of Donna Linn and the Late Joel Descheemaeker. Also surviving are his brothers Jeff (Sue), Joe, sisters-in-law Connie Gonyou (Gord), Bev Wray, brother-in-law Dale Nold, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his in-laws Ed and Helen Nold and brother-in-law Ron Nold. Don loved his grandchildren, fishing, billiards and making sausage. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 1 – 4 p.m. at THE DELHI GOLF AND COUNTY CLUB, 905 James St., Delhi.
