Obituary of Robert Leroy Wilson

WILSON - Robert, Leroy: Passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Monday, August 19, 2019 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Karen Wilson. Loving father of Randy Wilson, and Ric (Billie) Wilson. Cherished grandfather to Avri (Erika) Gage, and Chloe. Robert will also be missed by his brother and sisters and many extended family. Robert had a passion for sports whether playing, coaching or being the #1 fan on the sidelines his humour and presence was always around.  He had a love for his Montreal Canadians almost as much as he enjoyed being the cab driver or handy fix it man for his grandkids.  Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Roberts life will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 2 – 4:00 p.m., at THE ARMY, NAVY AND AIR FORCE CLUB, 53 Water St. Simcoe. SOUTH COAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION ALTERNATIVES, 71 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe in care of arrangements.
