WAUGH – Constance Eleanor: Passed away at The Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Saturday, September 7, 2019 of Simcoe in her 81st year. Daughter of the Late Jack and Elsie Schram. Loving mother of Bill Waugh (Cynthia), Jo Ann Sequin (Rick), Carole Bissonnette (Jean-Marc). Cherished grandmother of Ricky, Rob, Jenna, Chris, Renee, Selena and Jade. Great grandmother of Tyler, Britney, Ryah, Cashius, Miranda, Lincoln. Brother-in-law Robert Campbell, nieces and nephews. Connie was predeceased by her brother, sisters and grandson Douglas. Connie loved her family, gardening and was a great cook. Cremation has taken place. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2 p.m. SOUTH COAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION ALTERNATIVES, 71 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe in care of arrangements.
